What it does

EZ Agent is a set of recruiting agents from hireEZ for enterprise hiring teams. A recruiter briefs it with the role, the must-haves and the rules, and agents for sourcing, applicant review, conversational screening, candidate campaigns and interview scheduling work through the pipeline, returning ranked matches with the reasons for each. It runs on top of the team's applicant tracking system, and nothing moves forward without the recruiter's approval.
