Listing termsWhat the fee covers.

Who these terms are for
These terms cover listing a submitted agent on agentcatalogue.com. The contract is with the operator named in the imprint. Listings are sold to businesses only, not to consumers.
The fee
Listing an agent costs €99 plus VAT, paid once. There is no renewal. Filling in the form costs nothing. A person first checks whether the agent fits what the catalogue lists, and only then do we email a payment link. Payment runs on a page hosted by Stripe, and you receive an invoice.
What the fee covers
One listing. We open the agent's site and pricing page and write the listing in the catalogue's own words, from what those pages state.
What the fee does not cover
- A position on a list, a featured place or a badge.
- A say over the wording. You can report errors through the contact form.
A listing paid for by a vendor says so on its page, and its links to the vendor are marked as sponsored.
After the listing goes live
The fee is not refundable once the listing is live. The listing stays up while the agent still qualifies and its facts can be confirmed. We may correct or remove it if the agent closes, changes so that it no longer qualifies, or turns out to be described wrongly.
Your submission
By submitting, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. Adult and sexual services are not listed.
Law
German law applies.
