What it does
Keiki is a hosted platform and SDK for building agents that people message over SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram and email. A team describes the agent's job and connects its business through an API or MCP server; Keiki handles channel delivery, memory, conversation history, actions, payments, browsing and sandboxed code execution. Agents can answer questions, retrieve business data, complete transactions and escalate to a person, and teams can inspect traces and require approval for sensitive actions.
